How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail from the United Kingdom. Orders placed on Monday to Friday – that do not include personalised jewellery will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
How long does it take for my Anthem & Style order to ship?
Orders with no personalised jewellery.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping time is subject to delays, depending on the carrier.
For international shoppers, all orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply. All international customers are responsible for customs duties.

All orders are shipped within 15 – 20 business days. Shipping time is subject to delays, depending on the carrier.
For international shoppers, all orders are delivered within 20-25 business days. This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply. All international customers are responsible for customs duties.
There is a rare unfortunate possibility that orders may be delayed, in that instance, you will be notified and updated as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
All Anthem & Style pieces are non-refundable.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Yes. If your Anthem & Style piece proves to be faulty within the first 3 months, we will offer you a free repair service. If your item can not be repaired we will offer you a replacement or exchange for another item from our store at the same price. Please note the faulty item will need to be returned in order to process the repair, replacement or exchange.
How do I return an item?
